Ryan joins Coach Gee's staff as Strength and Conditioning Coach. He will be responsible for the Eagles' off-ice program, as well as working with new recruits on campus. Ryan is well respected by the Eagles team and is a vital link between coaches and players. Coach Connolly was a three-year captain of the EMU hockey team and continues to give back to his alma-mater. Prior to his five seasons at Eastern, Connolly played for the CSHL's Toledo Cherokee. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Connolly resides in Gibraltar, MI.
