Craig Reed is co-owner of Fight-Sport Training Center along with his brother James. The training facility is used by the team in their pre-season camp and during the season.

Fight-Sport is a state of the art MMA facility which focuses on players strength, conditioning, flexibility, and many other aspects which make for a successful team.

The Reed Brothers are former hockey players. The team work out are specifically catered for "hockey strength"
