Brzeczkowski is entering his 16th year as skipper of the Purple Eagles. He is currently the second longest tenured coach in the nation. Brzezkowski played his collegiate hockey with Buffalo State and won an ACHA National Title with the University of Buffalo. During his time with the Purple Eagles he has won the ECHL
Coach of the Year several times and was runner up for the ACHA Coach of the Year in 2007. The head coach has been the head manager of Dwyer Arena since its opening.
