ACHA Official's Uniform Crest
ACHA Official's Uniform Crests are available for sale for use during all ACHA games.

The patch, shown here, is 5" in diameter, and is to be worn on the left chest of the sweater or pre-game warm-up jacket.

Patches are sold in bundles of 5. The ACHA accepts checks and money orders only (Sorry, no credit cards). The cost is $6.50 (this includes all taxes and shipping and handling fees) per patch.  Minimum order is 5 patches.
