Weekly Reporting of Games Scores:

Each team in Division 3 will be REQUIRED to submit their weekend scores to their regional coordinator by Monday at noon. The email shall be sent to the regional coordinator and cc’d to the Division 3 VP Sam Kelly and D3 Commissioner Rick Kaminski. This email will allow the coordinators to validate the scores that are entered into the official ACHA site and allow for the management of Disqualifications. The emails should have the following format:

Subject: [Name of Submitting Team]

Body:

[Game Date] [Game Time]

[Name of HOME TEAM (In Caps)] - Score of Home Team

[Name of Visiting Team] – Visitor Score

Disqualifications Rec’d:

List any Player Information that received a DQ during this game (Team, Name, #, Penalty)

If No Disqualifications were given, please put NONE.

Disqualifications Served:

List any Player Information that served a DQ during this game (Team, Name, #, Penalty)

If No Disqualifications were given, please put NONE.

Additionally copies of the Game Sheets are REQUIRED to be faxed (248-404-1443) or scanned (email to rkaminski@achahockey.org) into the Commissioner for any game where a DQ was given or served.
