TOURNAMENT RANKING SHUFFLES 2 TEAMS AROUND

Per the ACHA Policies and Procedures Manual:

 

E.          Division 1 Tournament Seeding

Tournament seeding for the 16 team format shall be determined by a vote of the top 18 teams ranked in the most current national rankings at the completion of ranking #9.  The Division 1 Commissioner shall poll each of the eighteen teams to determine seeding.

 

And the seedings for the National Tournament are as follows:

1. Lindenwood
2. Penn State
3. Ohio
4. Illinois
5. Iowa State
6. Liberty
7. Oklahoma
8. Minot State
9. Oakland
10. Central Oklahoma 
11. Arizona State
12. Kent State
13. Stony Brook
14. Robert Morris (IL)
15. Canton
16. Rutgers

So, #8 and #9 changed compared to Ranking #9, which did not result in any game changes, just home or away changes.
