Division 3 All-Star Weekend

Division III is proud to announce the details for our inaugural All-Star Challenge.  The event will be a round robin tournament between eight teams comprised of the top talent nationwide in Division III at the Ice Line Arena in Westchester, PA.  Although these eight teams will compete in a grueling 48 hours of hockey vying for the tournament championship, the big prize at stake for these players is a spot on the 2010 Division III National Team.  The All-Star Challenge will serve as the primary tryout camp for the team that Division will be sending to Europe over the winter break next year.  Although it will not be a requirement to be play in this tournament if you wish to be considered for the National Team, it is highly recommend that you do.

The above teams have been assigned other independent teams in their region that they can draw players from to ensure that every player in Division III has the possibility of making the try out camp.  The teams will be placed into pools prior to the event through a random drawing.  The tentative schedule for the event is:
