FIRST TITLE FOR LINDENWOOD

BOX SCORE

Lindenwood University defeated the University of Illinois 4-1 to win the 2009 ACHA Men's Division 1 National Championship.

First Period
Lindenwood killed two power plays by Illinois.  Lindenwood outshoots Illinois 12 -3 in the first period.  Mike Burda makes plenty of big saves, several with his facemask.
