-Maribor , Slovenia-  Hosts ACHA  selects for game 5 with a strong Division 2 club.  Coach Mike Forbes counters with Matt LaBarge (Northeastern) in net for the Selects,   LaBarge already has posted a victory in the Selects opening game.
Unlike the earlier games the ACHA squad came out flying tonight and posted a 4 goal period before the Maribor club got into the pace of the game.  Richie Pallai (Wm Paterson) the only returning player from the previous D2 Select Club broke in alone to open the scoring.   2-0 on a power play by Ryan Urban (Penn St) from Scott Teulings (UConn).  3-0  when  Kyle Garlasco  (Wm Paterson) from John Tyler Cothran (Dallas Baptist) and Nick Hein rich (GVSU)  Scott Teulings strong all week closed the period from Daniel Echeverri (FGCU).
2nd Period remains the strong one for the ACHA pounding in 6 more unanswered goals with relentless puck pressure and puck control in the offensive zone.  Zach Bradanick ( UNH) Sean Leahy (UNH) opened the second period barrage.  Matt Bloome (UMBC) followed again from Leahy.   Josh Ambrosat (Illinois St) scored on a power play from Blake Chapman (Boston College) Conrad Smith (Montana Tech)  Teulings added another unassisted to make it 8-0.  Leahy back for more made it 9-0 from Conrad Smith.  Second period scoring ended with Richie Pallai on a great individual effort to make it an even 10-0 after 2.

#rd period saw a even period with the teams trading 2 goals each.   Garlasco answered the first Maribor goal  from Dax Hobbs ( Weber) and  Matt Smartt (GVSU) ended all the scoring from Echeverri and  Ambrosat to make the final 12-2 in another strong showing against a solid Division 2 club.

The Team has a travel day to Vienna  to meet up with our European Counterparts creating a similar league overseas and has an All Start squad to challenge our ACHA D2 Selects,
